Econ Sources - Monster Glossary

This site is designed as a portal to the best economic information on the web. The site is maintained by Professor Gary E. Clayton and is intended purely for the use and enjoyment of his colleagues, fellow teachers, students, and anyone else with an interest in economic topics and data.
The title "EconSources" reflects the fact that every effort has been made to direct users to the source agencies that generate the data such as the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Federal Reserve System, The World Bank, etc. In some cases, links to individual articles and/or reports are provided to extend, update, or provide additional information on one of the two textbook chapters or topics.
Numerous links are provided to advocacy organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the AFL-CIO, and OPEC, among others. EconSources.com also provides links to major news organizations and web browsers that generate and/or gather articles about economic developments at the local, national, and international levels. However, no endorsements by EconSources.com are implied, and users should consider the source of the information when making a judgment about the topics presented.
Throughout, every effort has been made to provide links to the most current, objective, and relevant data on the web. To help the user maintain separation between the EconSources.com portal and the information on a linked site, note that a new site will always pop up in a separate window. So, when you are done visiting a linked site, simply close the window to return to the portal. When you are in the portal, you can navigate by using the links at the bottom of the page, the "Back to EconSources Home Page" icon, or the "back" button on your browser.
Finally, EconSources.com was designed and developed by ClaytonSolutions and is hosted by Interland.com. Users also have complete anonymity when using this site-see the Privacy Policy statement-a feature that we hope will encourage usage and endear the confidence and support of the user.
